From a single "Create event" button that opens a menu of everything — combat groups and casual activities alike, in one place.

Combat groups sign up by role (DPS, Healer, Tank) and build, with per-build capacity caps the organizer sets when creating the event. Four presets are built in — Sword Trial, Hero's Realm, Guild War, Skyward Bond — or a fully custom combat group with its own name and caps.

Other Activities are simpler: just Attending or Tentative, no roles or builds. Five types cover the casual side — Other Games, Movie, Exploration, Oddities & Treasure, Meeting — and Other Games and Movie support matching a real title via Steam or IMDb, so the event card shows real artwork instead of a placeholder.

A date is optional when creating an event. Leave it blank and a scheduling poll starts instead: signed-up members suggest times, the organizer closes suggestions, and Discord's native poll resolves it once everyone's voted — with an automatic tiebreak flow if it's close. Reminders go out on their own, one hour before and again at the exact start time.

Deleting an event on Discord deletes it on the website too. There's nothing to separately clean up.

When a new player post matches a guild's recruiting criteria, the owner gets an in-app notification right away. If that Discord server has also linked itself with /setguild and set a channel with /setchannel, the same match gets posted there too — right in the guild's own server, not just on the site.

This runs one way: new player posts notify matching guilds, not the reverse.

Tracked per Discord server and tied to their Discord identity — it works the same whether or not they've ever signed into the website.

Points come from logging a custom activity, either by hand from the dashboard or automatically once an activity is linked to an RSVP event type (see Activities below). Guild owners can also adjust a member's balance directly.

Members check their own balance and the server's rankings right in Discord, and owners can add, remove, or set a specific member's balance the same way.

Two modes: Purchase items cost points and can be redeemed any number of times, stock permitting. Threshold items are free and unlock automatically once a member reaches a set point total — claimable once per member.

Members browse and redeem entirely through Discord, without ever needing to visit the site.

A name, a daily, weekly, or one-time cadence, and a point value awarded each time someone's logged as having done it. Managed entirely from the dashboard's Guild Roster → Activities view.

Logging normally happens by hand, one member at a time. But an activity can also be linked to a specific RSVP event type — once linked, completing that kind of event surfaces a "Confirm participation" checklist right on the dashboard, pre-checked with everyone who signed up (tentative signups excluded), so confirming is usually one click instead of logging each member individually. It stays open until confirmed — there's no time limit on it.

Guild leaders can add a roster spot by hand for someone already active in the guild's Discord who hasn't signed up yet. They get a claim code to link their own account later; until then, activity logging and points still work immediately against the placeholder.

A sync command pulls every current Discord member's name into the points list without touching anyone's existing balance — new members start at 0.
